I finally have a way to share all those photographs I scanned at the reunion, and those that have been sent to me since the Reunion. Thanks for that, by the way. I was a bit discouraged for a while, but now I can see that this much anticipated branch of the project is getting off the ground. The solution I found is not free, but they are doing a great job and unlimited hosting means that I can keep adding photos indefinitely.
Those of you who have photographs and have been meaning to send them to me for inclusion on the website. Now is the time. I have room to post it all. What you see posted on the Photographs (x-link) page is actually a live link to my own SmugMug account. I will host the reunion photos there. They have kindly provided me with a means to integrate my own website header so the service integrates in an almost seamless way. I am very happy with the results.
If you have an article that would be set off by a nice photo, then there is no longer any limitation on that. With this Photo Gallery, I have much more flexibility with using photos in the design of the website. If you have reunion or genealogy related photographs, please let me host them. Contact me via my Email form and I can give you instructions on how to send me copies of your original files.
